Colorado State returns the X factor in this game in Leonard Mason he controlled the game a year ago with 23 rushes for 107 yards and I think he'll return to that form here today. 7 of the last 10 meetings have been decided by a TD or less. Colorado has Cal on the road on the schedule next and could be looking ahead. Colorado allowed 44 sacks and were 113th in the nation in running the ball. That goes rightto the strength of Col State as they feature 3 of 4 starters in their secondary in what will be the backbone of the defense. They'll be able to stop both the pass and run of Colorado enough to cover as true Freshmen QB Pete Thomas will have a solid day for Col State. He's 6'5 with a big arm and the mind that was recruited by Harvard. It's his team from the get go and I think he will be good in his first game at home.
